The peace of any land is such a fragile thing. Natural disasters, invasions from outsiders, and the will of fiends, fey, and the divine shape the land and test its inhabitants. However, the biggest threat to ordinary people often comes from within. Prompted by a heavenly vision, the party will need to investigate a prominent noble for proof of misdeeds because the peace of the Harrowed Land can be disturbed with a single vial of potent poison.
