Deep within a forest lies a hidden cave that has seen plenty of use over the centuries. Dwarven miners, drow raiding parties, power-seeking necromancers, and settlers have all used it to their various ends. Recently, a ring of smugglers has been using a hidden passage in the cave to bypass military checkpoints and sell their ill-gotten gains.

A few residents of the nearby town called Willowshire came a little too close to discovering the operation, forcing the smugglers to kidnap them. This act prompted intense disagreement between one of the smugglers and his cohorts, fracturing the group. He now wants the operation to end but spare some of his friends. The military wants to stop to their criminal activity and restore order, and the townsfolk are concerned about their missing community members.

The Millenia Cave is a fifth-edition compatible adventure for the world's most popular roleplaying game designed for a party of four to six level-four characters. It features read-a-loud text for ease of use and maps designed for use on virtual tabletops, such as Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds.
